Provided a Global 3Pl conducting a rollup with an "anchor" company strategy - one standard set of process and systems Domestic and one International. Then assisted with IT/process due diligence on 12 subsequent acquisitions and resulting integrations to the base. The results managed large parts/all of Best Buy pilferables and store displays, Home Depot new store installs, ATT stores distribution and Target's North Central DC.

The solution enabled complete visibility of operations, allowing managers to optimize routing, make critical, real-time dispatching decisions, and review historical data for improving operational strategies. Performed a global network optimization for the films business focused on the international source for USA customer fulfillment – including optimal source, route, and carrier use.Performed a production and fulfillment optimization of the pigments business – resulting in movement of 15% of overall production from the gulf coast to east coast plant, significant rerouting and new carrier arrangements/rates – result between 5-8 % supply chain savings.

Carrier Management Program for a continous process manufacturer- Conduct RFP to determine few National carriers who can carry most freight. Goal - reduce supplier count by half, increase carrier self reporting and reduce admin cost significantly. RFP process consolidated number of carriers and drove cost down while increasing service.Ten to fifteen percent savings goal in this category.Establish contractural arrangements with suppliers that can perform multiple services-LTL, Truckload and expedite within one contract wherever possible.Covert long-haul services to Intermodal wherever possible.
